At this stage, it is not yet the overall stimulus plan which will be presented at the start of the school year, at the end of August or at the beginning of September. However, the bill is already increasing considerably. To finance these sectoral plans (including that of tourism, which amounts to 18 billion), the government will present a third amending finance bill for 2020 (PLFR) in June. According to L'Opinion , the text will be presented to the Council of Ministers on June 10 before being immediately adopted in Parliament. The date is still under discussion, one retorts to Bercy, which aims for the end of June or the beginning of July at the latest.
