The depletion of the spirit on the Israeli left

One of the greatest intellectuals of the Israeli left, a renowned expert on Jewish spirituality and theology, wished Knesset Member Orly Levi-Abaxis, whom everything she knows and loves will betray her, even her body. Why does a top-notch Twitter fan wish this to be a politician? Because she herself "betrayed" him first, by joining the government.

The scholar is not alone. The vocabulary of the left has become an officer in parallel with the current government, and terms like "betrayal" or "deception" have become commonplace in print and digital. They are not only indicative of the Left's inability to relate to his responsibilities in his own defeat, but especially to his consistent decline in recent decades.

Since Rabin's assassination, the right has been fortified in a defensive position, knowing that every word and action is examined with seven media eyes. The left, on the other hand, has received overwhelming immunity from any suspicion of violence and incitement, past, present and future. The division of roles established on the political map has defined the left as inherently nonviolent, while every right has by its very definition been marked as having its finger already vibrating on the trigger for the next murder.

The selective mood always made me angry. We saw how Rabin's grandson wishes Netanyahu to get infected in Corona, saw a pair of starlets fantasizing about a similar scenario and then giggled in front of the camera of an entertainment program, watched a dark video of Peres's granddaughter portraying Netanyahu as the enemy of the people, another descendant of the Rabin dynasty in Netanya's removal of Netanyahu From our lives, these are joined by a host of illustrations by Netanyahu in SS uniforms, to an angry audience dropping a statue in Netanyahu's image and then kicking him in the square, a social activist standing outside the prime minister's residence and threatening the amused cops in closing an account, and here's Netanyahu hanging on a rope as an art display at an art school. The competing party announces in an outdoor campaign that Netanyahu is a traitor ... and A. Just that nobody is shocked, nobody really cares.

What do you care? That the Likud presented Gantz as Elg. Here is the dangerous incitement, here lies the next murder, here is the violence, in that someone dared to claim that Gantz is not eloquent. However, a more sobering view of the division of these opposite roles shows that in the long run, those who have benefited from moral selectivity are not the left, but rather the right.

Due to the constant space of oppression, the right has to be perfected, taking out new publics backed by facts, new thinking and research, thinking groups, intellectuals, economic, legal and policy ideology that is sharper and relevant than ever, and above all - serious and active leadership.

The left, on the other hand, remains to be rooted in a murky puddle of cursing and childhood hatred. A "message page" is his constant response to any argument. Instead of re-examining his ideology, refreshing his ideas, edifying the soul he promises himself after every election loss, he basks his feet in his small, closed sandbox and blames the world for his misery. His intellectuals became despicable, and the leaders were not asked to present an agenda but to "come in strong in Bibi" as signals of their virtues. We are currently predicting a mesmerizing mental collapse.
