The fires that broke out in the agricultural lands in the rural areas of Ras Al-Ain and Tel Tamr in Al-Hasakah Governorate resulted in areas planted with wheat and barley crops.

Civil sources told SANA correspondent that a fire broke out in the agricultural lands within the villages occupied by the Turkish regime forces and its terrorist mercenaries, especially in the villages of Mahmoudiyah and the climate, which led to great material losses due to the complete damage to the crop.

The sources pointed to the outbreak of a similar fire that occurred in the villages of Al-Malha, Al-Tawimiya and Sukkariya occupied by the Turkish occupation mercenaries in the eastern Ras Al-Ain countryside, which led to the destruction of large areas planted with wheat and barley crops, explaining that the causes of the fire are unknown, while sources in the region accused the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation of fabricating fires to strain the people And continue their violations against the people.

And a fire that broke out yesterday near a point of the Turkish occupation destroyed extensive agricultural areas in the villages of Al-Ahras, Al-Manajir, Al-Amiriya, Tal Atash, and Arat Abu Bakr, in Ras Al-Ain countryside.

According to sources in the Hasakah Agriculture Directorate, the total areas affected by the fires during the current agricultural season amounted to 1,850 hectares of land planted with wheat and barley crops.
