As of this Wednesday morning, 3 am, as announced at the start of the week, you can submit your request for reimbursements for the Navigo Pass for the period of April and early May. Do not panic if you do not manage to access the platform on Wednesday, you will have some time in front of you. The site registers complaints until June 17 inclusive.
Only the 3 million monthly and annual subscribers are affected by this exceptional measure linked to the Covid-19 epidemic. The annual or monthly Navigo Passes (zones 1 to 5) benefit from a check for 100 euros and the Navigo Senior or Imagine'R Passes, notably from 50 euros.
Three weeks
The address of the * Internet platform is the same as that which had already served for the reimbursement of December subscriptions after the strike against the pension reform. The request is made exclusively on the site. SNCF or RATP sales outlets do not provide this type of reimbursement. Only one request is authorized per Navigo Pass number (10 digits and one letter).
The repayment deadline is not yet known but it had been equivalent to three weeks during the recent strike.
As for those who wish to cancel their subscription for the month of June, they only have until this evening to do so. “A touch has been added to my personal space. It is much more practical ”, underlines a subscriber who carried out the operation this Wednesday morning. But beware, you will still have to register this temporary cancellation physically at a RATP or SNCF counter.
