Shmulik Harush, who returned to consciousness after dedicating a song with Palm and Kenin to Michael Moore, has gained power since his ex-boyfriend "exiled" • Police fear Moore's imminent release

In recent weeks, the name of the perpetrator Samuel (Shmulik) Harush, who heads one of the strongest criminal organizations in the north, has emerged. What brought Hemlock's name to almost every home in the country was a video of a family event he attended and during which "Child of Blessings" singer Dekel and Kenin, 14, from Tiberias asked to dedicate a teasing song to the offender and who was his best friend and ex-partner, Michael Moore, serving a life sentence.

Shmulik Harush and Dekel and Kenin "dedicate a song" to Michael Moore

The video went viral and aired throughout the news releases threatening exchange of posts on social networks between Moore and Harush's trustees, but while Harush's name is making headlines from time to time due to assassination attempts and arrests - in the northern area from Haifa to Kiryat Shmona there is no one who knows the name Samuel Harush and the criminal organization It is headed. Harush's name rose to the headlines again yesterday after being arrested for a new attempted involvement in the attempted murder of a Nahariya resident yesterday, who was seriously injured. Hemlock's arrest was extended by six days.

Harush, 40, a married Nahariya resident and father of a child, broke into public consciousness in 2007 following the arrest of police officers from Nahariya Station who tried to take revenge on Moore and his associates with him, by placing explosives in the affair that agitated the state and became known as "criminals in uniform." During the trial of arrested police officers, it became apparent how threatening Moore's organization - which the Harush was today - threatened business owners, police officers and even criminals in the northern region.

Following the annexation of the "Uniformed Offenders" case, law enforcement agencies worked to dismantle Moore's organization and put him and his men behind bars. Following this, following a summary with the police, Moore was forced to "find out" in 2011 in South Africa and Thailand, and the sentence released from prison after serving several months in prison slowly began to take over Moore's business while he was abroad.

Harush served as a combat engineer in combat, and even says that he was an outstanding soldier and could have gone on to a glorious military career had he not gone on to the world of crime. He began to gain more and more power in the underworld in the north, joining one of the strongest crime families in the Arab sector and the Galilee region, the Abu Latif family from the Western Galilee.

Moore, who did not like to say the least about his good friend and his partner's takeover campaign for his organization and business, ordered his brother, Derry Moore, and a number of soldiers who remained loyal to him in any way to prevent Harush from pursuing his criminal organization.

Over the past eight years, the conflict between the two senior offenders who were formerly good friends and partners has intensified and has become bitter enemies.

At the same time, a wave of alleged mutual assassinations began in the north, further compounded by the murder of Badri Moore's nahariya, Michael Moore's brother, an unresolved murder to date, as well as other murders of offenders from Nahariya and the north who became known as Michael Moore's trustees.

On the other side, Harush and his men survived various assassination attempts carried out in the north of Israel and even in Eilat while Harush was staying with his family in a hotel in the southern city. The impression that he realized he was on purpose had to drop a profile and went underground. Those close to him said that the Abu Latif family had made a covenant with him and protected him in one of the villages in the Western Galilee from the long hand of Moore and his loyal followers in the underworld.

The murders and the alleged assassination attempts only intensified the enmity between Harush and Moore and three years ago Moore returned to the country to try to restore his organization's infrastructure and regain control of Harush - although Moore knew he would be arrested and will serve a prison sentence.

Harush did not wait for Moore to return to Israel and deepened his ties with the Abu Latif family and other crime families in the Arab sector. And while Moore has indeed been arrested and sentenced to prison behind bars since returning to Israel in 2017, the Harush crime organization has been further strengthened as its illegal business and activities have terrorized the underworld not only in the northern region but throughout the country.

In a few months, Moore is expected to end his prison sentence and in the face of Harush's intensification and police crime, there is a serious fear of a delinquent war breaking out in the underworld in the north and another wave of assassinations.
