Al-Hasakah-Sana
The branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank in Al-Hasakeh Governorate started disbursing the values of the delivered wheat to the Syrian Grain Branch of the production of the agricultural season 2019.
The Director of the Agricultural Bank Branch in Hasaka, Khader Al-Haso, stated to a reporter to SANA that the Syrian Grains Corporation transferred two billion Syrian pounds to exchange the values of the bills of the marketed wheat to the branch of the Foundation in Hasaka, pointing out that the total amount of bills transferred from the Foundation’s branch in the governorate amounted to 413 million Syrian pounds, including 140 million Syrian pounds. Al-Hasakah, 25 million Syrian pounds for Al-Qamishli farmers, nine million to Al-Malikiyah farmers, and 14 million to al-Hall farmers, confirming the continuation of exchange operations in light of the availability of financial credits and it is expected to transfer additional bills to exchange them successively.
For his part, the assistant director of the Syrian Grain Foundation, Khaled Al-Muhammad, told a SANA correspondent that the marketing of wheat continued from the production of the agricultural season 2019 to receiving centers in Germs and livestock bags and to public and private mills Dokma, as the marketed amount to date reached 7791 tons of wheat.
Al-Muhammad indicated that the establishment will send the purchase invoices to the branches of the Agricultural Cooperative Bank after being well audited to ensure that the payment of the billing values is not delayed, pointing out that the marketing operations stop at the first days of Eid Al-Fitr only to continue throughout the holiday with marketing operations for the wheat produced during the last 2019 season that ends early in the month Next June, wheat marketing starts from the production of the current 2020 season.
It is reported that the financial allocations for the disbursement of wheat values for the current agricultural season amounted to 450 billion Syrian pounds.
