The Covid-19 epidemic led to the suspension of the 5G frequency allocation procedure: the auctions, which were to take place this spring, were postponed to July or September. I think we have to be pragmatic: the situation in the country, which is recovering with difficulty from a terrible human and economic health nightmare, requires postponing the allocation of 5G frequencies by a few more months. I call on the government and the regulator to consider the following points when making this common sense decision.
