A child abuse case occurred in Kwai Chung. A woman who had a bowel movement on the night of Friday (22nd) suspected that her 5-year-old daughter was disobedient and became very angry. She beat her daughter on the street of Kwai Lian Road. After alarming the police, she reportedly tried to take her daughter. After rushing out of the road, he was finally arrested on suspicion of "child abuse", and the mother and daughter were sent to the hospital for examination afterwards.

The incident occurred at 9 o'clock last night when a passer-by passed by the swimming pool on Kwai Lian Road and found that the woman involved had beaten her young daughter and feared that child abuse would be reported to the police. When the police arrived, the woman was very excited and once refused to cooperate with the police. She tried to take her daughter out of the road and was stopped by the police. Afterwards, the mother and daughter were sent to Princess Margaret Hospital for examination.

The police said that the woman involved was named Luo (age 38); her daughter was 5 years old. After investigation, the case was temporarily listed as "child abuse". Luo was arrested in the case and handed over to the criminal investigation team of the Kwai Tsing Police District for follow-up.

According to on-site news, Luo Luo is currently pregnant for many months and is about to give birth next month, but she is separated from her husband. Before the incident, the two mothers and daughters had a meal in a unit in Kwai Shing West Village. The daughter was suspected of being disobedient and later beat her on the street. District councillors also came to understand and accompany them afterwards.
