At about 5:30 on the morning of Saturday (23rd), a blue private car was driving along the Tsuen Kam Highway towards Shigang. When approaching a right bend near the Tsuen Kam BBQ area, it was reported that it ran into the roadside rock bumps and crash bars.
After the accident, the male driver, Deng (37 years old), sustained a head injury. Afterwards, he was injured and climbed away from the car and returned to the ground to call the police. The ambulancemen arrived and sent Deng Nan to Princess Margaret Hospital for treatment. He needed to put on a head restraint and lie on a stretcher bed. It can be seen at the scene that the private car involved fell on the slope, and there is another wreck of a severely rusted vehicle next to it.
