Three men were indicted Friday evening by the prosecutor's office of Bobigny and imprisoned, suspected of having prostituted a dozen young girls, including some minors, in Seine-Saint-Denis and in Val-d'Oise.
Judicial information, with referral to an investigating judge, was opened for " aggravated pimping in an organized gang " " criminal association " and " trafficking in human beings ", said this judicial source, confirming an information from the Parisian . The three men were placed in pre-trial detention.
They were arrested in different cities of Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-d'Oise, as part of a long-term investigation, conducted by the departmental service of the judicial police of 93.
" Eleven victims at this stage have been identified, four major and seven minor ", the youngest being 16, said this source familiar with the matter.
In February, a national pimping network which exploited at least 45 women, some of them minors, had been dismantled in Val-d'Oise after nine months of investigation.
Young girls, psychologically vulnerable and socially disrupted, were recruited from among themselves on forums and, to leave the network, had to find a replacement.
