US President Donald Trump ignored the torrent of criticism about how he dealt with the outbreak of the Corona virus in his country and the death of about 100,000 Americans by the epidemic and left the White House to the National Golf Club to exercise his favorite hobby, in an offer that suggests that the situation is normal in his country.
"Trump is trying, through his outings and golf, to prove his control of the Corona virus outbreak in the country and to promote the idea that the United States is gradually returning to normal," Reuters reported.
Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee for the upcoming US presidential election, criticized Trump's behavior, saying: "About 100,000 people have died and tens of millions have lost their jobs ... Meanwhile, the president is spending his day playing golf."
