Health crisis in Nicaragua causes the purchase of medicines on the streets

In Nicaragua, street vendors cut branches of Eucalyptus trees in the central streets of Managua to sell them as an alleged medicine against the coronavirus. For some doctors, it is a sign of desperation to find an effective treatment in the face of the increasing number of cases of covid-19. And as Mario Medrano informs us from that city, many patients cannot even receive care in hospitals because they are already saturated.
