During a hearing on Sunday in a district court reading the charges against Benjamin Netanyahu, Noni Moses and Saul and Iris Alowitz, Netanyahu's lawyer Micah Patman revealed that until a state of solomon Pilber was questioned last April and wondered if the investigations were not over. "I would like to instruct the prosecution witnesses that the investigation is over. One of the state's witnesses was interrogated on April 3. If the prosecution from this moment intends to conduct further investigative proceedings, it should pass the court's sieve."

The state witness Patman was referring to is Shlomo Pilber, former executive director of the Communications Ministry, who signed a state-of-the-art agreement in file 4000. Pilver himself was invited to confirm the veracity of a record from a meeting that Netanyahu denied its existence.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has continued to investigate Case 4000 and recently realized in the Prosecutor's Office that a document found during the investigation, with notes in Pilber's handwriting, also refers to Case 4000. Pilber was asked about the contents of that document and the circumstances of his writing. The results of that investigation were passed on to defense defense teams.

According to news release 13 in the listings, the words Eloovic and Bezeq appear. One of the records refers to a meeting between Pilver and Netanyahu, during which Netanyahu lowers his finger and instructs Pilber to make a moderate price drop for Bezeq over the telephony, thereby saving Bezeq and Elovich.

This is alleged to be the completion of an investigation and any such action taken with a state witness after the final indictment is filed, and certainly if it is done to the police, it is common practice to pass through the court so this is a very unusual step by the prosecution.

Pilver signed a state-of-the-art agreement in exchange for disciplinary proceedings only. He was suspected of acting to promote Bezeq's interests in the Ministry of Communications and forwarded documents and internal communications to the company.

Philber's very interrogation, to state, about a month and a half before the trial opens is an extraordinary event.

This is allegedly the completion of an investigation and any such action taken with a state witness after the final indictment is filed, and certainly if it is done by the police, it is customary that you pass through the court.
