"You love the land for different reasons, because you were born, because you lived ... I must confess that I love Formosa because of Gildo , I want to be very honest with you. I have known Gildo for many years," said the Head of State.

President Fernández recalled part of his relationship with the Formosan governor and promptly recalled the joint work for the historic reparation pact that the late former president Néstor Kirchner signed in that province on May 28, 2003, shortly after taking over as head of the government national.

“It will be that fate continues to write that on May 28 you arrive in Formosa to put Formosa back on its feet when someone forgot Formosa. And if for four years someone forgot Formosa, this May 28 we come to Gildo to put Formosa back on its feet, ”said Fernández.

I know him in his political dimension, but also in its human dimension, because all of us who embrace politics because it has a central theme, which is to see how the human being lives a little better, progresses, develops ”.

Alberto visited Formosa for the first time since he became president.

"And I have seen Gildo in all these years, I have seen him worry about Formosa. Whenever he has seen me he has told me: 'Over there in Formosa we are needing, we are doing'. And his greatest obsession is that his co-provincials live Every day better, and that does not speak of a good politician, who is, that is why they choose him I always say, that speaks of his human condition, "said Fernández.

Followed, he reiterated that “Gildo, whenever he asks, asks for Formosa; whenever he works, he works for Formosa "and" he thinks of Argentina with a Formosa that is part of a prosperous Argentina ".

" And those are the best politicians and the best human beings, " he reiterated.

In addition, the head of state stressed that Formosa is one of the two provinces, next to Catamarca, in which there were no cases of coronavirus.

"It is governed by someone who cares about the people of Formosa and he is not calm because the virus has not arrived, because everything that made me see this far is everything that Formosa prepared in case the virus comes," he said and reviewed part of the agenda that he carried out early in that province, which included the opening of a hospital and tours of an area that was prepared to assist potential infected.

The President added that Insfrán "controls the entry, the health of everyone who enters this province, but also if the virus arrives it will have how to control the health of the people of Formosa."

"That is a good governor, that is a good governor," he insisted, adding that Insfrán also said that the "governor who gave strength to Formosa."

Towards the end of his speech, the Head of State was again "happy" to visit that province and stressed: "I am happy to visit my friend Gildo, he does not know everything that I value him, what I respect and love him Because he is complaining, because he is demanding affection and in his demand for affection there is always a request for Formosa but I am very happy to be here with Gildo.
