This Tuesday marks three months since the covid-19 pandemic reached Latin America. In recent days, more new cases have been reported in this region than in the United States or Europe, especially due to an escalation of infections in Brazil, Peru and Mexico. In fact, according to the World Health Organization, South America is already the new epicenter of the pandemic.
