Cuba renewed its condemnation of the continuous American interference in China's internal affairs.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said in a tweet on Twitter today that Cuba condemns interference in China's internal affairs and supports its right to guarantee the welfare of all its citizens.
Rodriguez noted China's decisions to promote development and recovery from coronary disease, as well as strengthening institutions, legitimacy and national security throughout its entire territory.
Last Monday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry warned of Washington's attempts to harm Chinese national security and against causing some of its politicians an uproar over the session of the National People's Congress on Hong Kong, stressing China's firm stance on not allowing any country to infringe on its national interests and endangering stability in it.
The Chinese position came in response to the announcement of US National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien that the new legislation for security in Hong Kong could lead to the imposition of US measures against Beijing.
