Bishop Hanna: Unity and Resistance is the only solution to confront the policies of the occupation

Archbishop Atallah Hanna, Archbishop of Sebastia of the Greek Orthodox, affirmed that Palestinian national unity and resistance constitute the only solution to confront the policies of the Israeli occupation by Judaizing, annexation and settlement and targeting Jerusalem and holy sites.

In a statement released today by his office, Bishop Hanna warned that external parties "play a dirty role in perpetuating the divisions" between the Palestinians, stressing that ending the internal divisions has become a necessary and strategic matter to confront and thwart the Israeli occupation policies based on annexing Palestinian lands and expanding settlements.
