In the course of its expansion and partial modernization, the Graßlfing primary school is also being energetically brought up to scratch.

Olching– The construction committee unanimously decided to put a photovoltaic system on the roof of the school. It is intended to cover personal needs for schools and gyms.

Olching's head of the building department, Markus Brunnhuber, specified the costs on request at around 80,000 euros. Mayor Andreas Magg (SPD) commented on the decision at the meeting as follows: “In terms of climate protection and economic efficiency, it is the most sensible option.

The other six options that had been asked by the administration were not dealt with any further. They are too costly in the ratio of effort and benefit.

This also applies to the variants that offer storage options. Markus Brunnhuber, however, informed that retrofitting of storage capacities is possible at any time.
