Hibernate in the spring? What would be improbable in nature may not be so for a nation. Examples abound in all sectors of our collective life: only 20% of primary school students and 30% of middle school students have returned to school; professional team sports may not resume until a Covid-19 vaccine is discovered; at the Sorbonne, scores below 10 are neutralized; in the suburbs, residents are on strike for rent ... But it is of course in the economy that this general anesthesia is most spectacular. The massive, unprecedented public support given to businesses helps keep us in a daze. Millions of employees are still partially unemployed and all the major activity sectors (tourism, transport, automobile, culture, etc.) are rewarded one after the other.
