Cabinetmaker-designer Pascal Michalon has developed a luxurious folding screen intended to separate the different tables and reassure customers.


About a month and a half ago, in full confinement, Serge Vieira made a call to the cabinetmaker with whom he usually works, Pascal Michalon. The doubly starred chef from Chaudes-Aigues (Cantal) asked him to work on a fencing model that he could deploy in his gourmet restaurant, but also in his bistro, Sodade.
