In record time, the co-founder of the participative start-up Designer Particulier imagined Plex'Eat, an XXL visor in the shape of a half-cone, a kind of lampshade open at the back that hangs above the chair. At first glance, the concept seems straight out of an anticipatory novel by George Orwell. Imagine the scene: dozens of customers trapped under their Plexiglas bubble.
