Freising– The Corona test center was previously located at the district construction yard in Zolling. But after the tests on Saturday, the post is closed. In future, the throat swabs will take place on the grounds of the BRK district association Freising in Marzling. Reason: As part of the construction work for Freising's northeast bypass, the B 301 near Erlau will be closed for the next five months from Tuesday, June 2. The test center in Zolling would therefore no longer be optimally reachable.
Up to and including today, Saturday, the corona tests are being carried out at the district building yard in Zolling. The BRK will organize the move to Marzling in the following days. Therefore, the test center is not open at Pentecost. From Tuesday it will start in Marzling - in the usual way: “Freising Health Office and the medical profession send patients with suspected Covid 19 infection to the smear. The BRK Freising assigns the dates and takes the samples Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. Those affected can check the results themselves on their cell phones using a barcode, ”said Robert Stangl, spokesman for the district office.
FDP maintains criticism of district office

Corona-related restrictions had caused a stir among politicians and the general public (we reported). Unfortunate formulations on the website of the district office and on the answering machine have further aroused the resentment of some citizens.
Although District Administrator Helmut Petz emphasized in a press conference on Thursday that the admissions office was "not closed except for the Corona Fall Day", the FDP district councilors Tobias Weiskopf and Susanne Hartmann had other experiences and are "very surprised".
Misleading announcement
In a letter to the FT, it says: "The homepage of the district office has been saying for several days that the vehicle registration office is closed until further notice. According to Robert Stangl, this was "misleading" because: "From a purely spatial point of view, the doors were closed to walk-in customers, but work was still done."
