Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has announced that the time has come for the world to unite against racism, criticizing in this context the murder of an African American, as a result of the American police using excessive methods of violence against him in the city of Minneapolis.
In a tweet published today on his social media page, Zarif, he denounced the US government's indifference to the lives of African Americans, and said, "The time has come for the world to unite against racism."
A video clip circulated on the social media of an American police officer torturing an African man before his death sparked outrage on social media in the United States, as he recalled the violations that the American police continue to perpetrate against people of African descent.
