(ANSA) - GENOA, MAY 31 - Ansaldo Energia and the trade union organizations have signed an agreement to boost productivity after the suspension of activities due to the Covid emergency. This was announced by the Fim Cisl. "The need to recover the approximately 2 and a half months of company downtime is evident. If we succeed, it will allow us to respect the delivery times for the various work orders in progress (Porto Marghera, Turbigo and Presenzano), thus avoiding the risk of incurring penalties, which in this particular corporate moment, could have extremely negative impacts ", explains Marco Bergamini, delegate of the Fim Cisl Genova. The agreement is valid from 1 June to 31 December, is on a voluntary basis and provides a one-time bonus from 600 to 100 euros gross based on the shifts (6 hours) carried out ranging from 5 to 15 to be made between Saturdays is Sunday.
