The Council of Ministers agreed to raise the price of receiving the wheat crop from farmers for the current season from 225 Syrian pounds to 400 pounds per kilogram, in continuation of the state's plan to support the agricultural sector and rent the entire wheat crop in all governorates. The relevant ministries were asked to provide the necessary facilities to receive the crop and assign the Ministry of Interior Securing receiving operations in coordination with the governors.

In its weekly session today, headed by Eng. Imad Khamis, Prime Minister, the Council adopted a plan and procedures for all ministries and public agencies to return to a complete and comprehensive ban "in the event of necessity" to preserve public health and safety once again, affirming that all citizens behave with the highest levels of care and responsibility and not compromise in implementing the requirements Health and Prevention to prevent the spread of Corona virus.

The Council decided to restore the working hours of all sectors of the public sector starting tomorrow, starting from eight in the morning until three thirty in the afternoon, with the need to adhere to the preventive and health conditions.

In a related context, the Council of Ministers agreed to reopen "tourist establishments" of all kinds, including parks and restaurants, in accordance with the requirements and standards set by the Ministry of Tourism with regard to work crews, pioneers of establishments and spatial spacing, and to prevent the provision of shelters in order to preserve public health, so that the first stage for the resumption of this activity is evaluated After 30 days.

He also approved the Ministry of Culture's plan to resume activity in cultural centers, theaters and cinemas, with only 30 percent of the capacity for each event while adhering to the preventive and health requirements.

The Council allowed registration to begin in kindergartens, kindergartens, and private institutes, with the starting hours after the end of the secondary and secondary education exams.

The Council approved a "field work program" to resume the implementation of service, development and economic projects in all governorates by following up on ministerial tours to complete the projects under implementation and intensifying communication with popular, community and economic activities in each governorate.

As part of the steps to enable the demobilized, the council agreed to allow the demobilized persons to serve the science contracted with the public authorities to amend their job conditions according to the certificates they obtained.

The Council examined the draft law on the Fund to support renewable energies after taking the observations of ministers in a previous session on the project, in view of the importance of these energies in the field of economic, social and environmental development, reducing the consumption of oil derivatives and electric energy, and finding new job opportunities.

The Council discussed a draft amendment to the Law of the Atomic Energy Authority in order to enable the Commission to contribute to economic development and invest scientific research outputs by creating companies that contribute to research funding.

The Council approved the letter of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, which includes securing two properties from state property lands in the Minin area of ​​Damascus countryside to build social housing.
