The Presidency of the Council of Ministers issued a circular to give priority to workers dismissed from the service of knowledge by settling their employment status and transferring them to the higher category during the application of the provisions of Article No. 13 of the Basic Law for Workers in the State No. 50 of 2004 related to the permissibility of reappointment or transfer of a worker who obtains a certificate higher than the certificate that Appointed on its basis.

According to the circular, which SANA received a copy of, the Central Financial Supervision Authority was tasked with following up on the proper application of its content and providing the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with a quarterly report on the results of its implementation.

This circular comes "based on what was decided in the cabinet session today and in accordance with Instructions No. 8265 issued in the year 2004 in appreciation and consideration of the actions and sacrifices made by the military personnel working in the public authorities in the context of the war against terrorism in all its forms."
