Are used . Their season is so short and so blessed. As soon as the apricots in the markets and the greens appeared, my heart was filled with great joy. I quickly bake and cook countless recipes with them before disappearing again for a whole year.
So in honor of the brightly colored fruit of summer, here is a complete meal that is all seasonally and wonderfully served.

Chicken breast in chutney is used for seasonal
List of components for 6 dishes:
1 pound chicken fillet (or chicken breast flattened and cut into strips)
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt for the taste
To Chutney:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves of garlic slices
1/2 sliced green chili pepper
1/2 sliced red chili pepper
1 kg of ripe and pitted apricots
1 tablespoon crushed coriander berries
1/4 teaspoon pepper four seasons gross
1/2 teaspoon curry spice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of natural maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped ginger root
Preparation:
To Chutney:
In the saucepan, fry a little garlic and chilli only until it brings pleasant but not golden aromas.
Add the apricots and other ingredients, except the ginger. Cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes, lower the flame, add ginger and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pharmacy is uniform.

In a wide pan, heat olive oil, season the chicken pieces with salt and roast on both sides until brown.

Preparation:
If you use the pieces with your hands, you can also cut into quarters with a knife.
Arrange on a large serving plate.
Sprinkle with herbs, green onions, chili.
Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Galette apricots and marzipan
List of pastry materials with a diameter of 26 cm:
1/2 pack of dough-based puff pastry (about 200 grams)
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons of almond spread
6 tablespoons of good jam are used
100 g high quality marzipan

Preparation:
Sprinkle the sugar on a baking sheet placed on a work surface.
