A new and unusual video has recently hit the web, showing a spectacular image of one of the Milky Way's spiral arms, in rapid motion throughout the night, with the stars slowly moving and their light returning from lake water in Tasmania and producing exceptionally sparkling water.

The experience of the star's movement in the sky and the glitter of the lake's water in parallel, creates a truly hypnotic atmosphere. The feeling is as if against the dark sky the starry armies are moving fireflies or small mouths, over the calm lake water. Of course, the dark night color, the tree stumps peeking out of the water and the background of the lake's far shore add intensity and vitality to the image, which can definitely turn into an amazing screen saver or a good video and background for relaxing.

ABC News also thought the video was unusual in its beauty and uploaded it to its Twitter account. The tweet has so far garnered some 70,000 views, received 2,500 likes and over 700 comments from the time it was aired.

It turns out that in order to get a good picture you don't always have to direct humans or photograph animals - sometimes the still nature itself is a hypnotic backdrop that you can't take your eyes off of.
