He continued to point out that the units of Phase 2 of Wetland Seasons Park have been fully launched, and the group has deployed a project to promote sales at Hairong Road in Tuen Mun in the second half of June.

Hu Zhiyuan, acting general manager of SHKP stated that the distribution of Wetland Seasons Park's second round of sales is: about 55% of the customers are from Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai; about 20% are from other areas in the New Territories; about 15% are from Kowloon District; about 10% are from Hong Kong Island.
He also pointed out that in the second round of sales, 4 to 5 groups of buyers bought more than one group, and one group of customers bought three groups, with a transaction value of more than 17 million yuan. The characteristic unit on the 10th floor of Block 18 has the highest cost, with a transaction price of over RMB 14.57 million and a price per square foot of RMB 16,377.
