The plaintiff was Deloitte Consulting (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and the defendant was HNA Technology Group Co., Ltd. (formerly known as HNA Property Group Co., Ltd.).
The filing stated that the plaintiff and the defendant signed a service agreement in March 2016 and are now recovering the arrears and interest from the defendant.
Deloitte Consulting also entered last year, recovering a service charge of 3.41 million yuan from HNA Property.
