On the advice that the application in the municipal council would probably be rejected in this form, the company subsequently submitted an application in which the stipulations were complied with.

If this should happen and the local council refuses, the applicant could try to set up a transmitter on the roof of a private provider, Dieckmann said when asked by his group colleague Martina von Sigriz. "The question will be whether it makes sense to reject such an application," Dieckmann said, because the situation would then be the same as before the citizens' decision.
