Dead George Floyd: Second autopsy shows completely different cause of death - far-reaching consequences for charges

These results clearly contradict the first autopsy , the previous diseases and intoxicants in the blood of the Had resulted in fatalities - and had only classified “holding on to arrest” as one of several causes of death, and the results of the second post-mortem may also have an impact on the charges against the police officers involved *.

Unfortunately, it is not the first racial scandal caused by the US police.

What had George Floyd done to get the officials' deadly focus? What does a man have to do so that three police officers fix him on the floor so violently? Apparently a criminal but basically harmless crime was sufficient . 

US media unanimously report from the police report that Floyd tried to pay in a grocery store with a fake $ 20 bill . The business owner recognized the counterfeit money and alerted the police, it is said.

On site, officials identified George Floyd in his parked car and two of them approached him. A surveillance video leaked to the Washington Post shows everything from then on. In addition to Floyd, the black SUV contains another man and a woman . Apparently they leave the vehicle at the request of the police and disappear from the picture shortly afterwards. 

Only now is George Floyd seen for the first time. A policeman pulls him out of the car and leads him across the sidewalk to the wall of the building. There Floyd is put on the floor. At the same moment, a second patrol car appears in the picture.

What should happen now raises questions. A heated conversation develops between Floyd and the policeman, who apparently had his personal details. While the later sheriff gets back into his car, his two colleagues take George Floyd away at a leisurely pace . 

You bring him to the other side of the intersection and thus out of the focus of the camera. There you can park your emergency vehicle, which can still be seen on the left edge of the picture. As soon as they arrive, they bring their prisoner to the ground and push him between the curb and the police car . A few seconds later they are no longer visible. Not because the camera failed. The second patrol turns in the middle of the main street , clumsily parks on a pedestrian crossing and obscures the complete view of the action . 

As is known, the incident did not escape the public eye. Two videos are circulating on the Internet documenting the death of George Floyd . The lesser of the two shots shows three policemen kneeling on the African American, one on his neck.

Derek Chauvin  stayed on the throat of his pleading prisoner until he might suffocate. The post-mortem report, on the other hand, speaks of health problems that - in connection with the brutal use and possible intoxicants in the blood - would have led to death. The lawyers of the dead man's family question this official cause of death. Therefore, the family wants another coroner to do a second autopsy. 

Charges have now been brought against Chauvin . No proceedings have yet been initiated against his three colleagues. The legal reaction to the murder of a dark-skinned jogger had shaken the United States only a few weeks ago .

Chauvin has to answer for " Murder of third Degree ". This " third degree murder " exists legally only in a few US states. He corresponds to the German " homicide " and is punished in Minnesota with a maximum of 25 years in prison . Many wonder why no lawsuit has been filed for ruthless murder (Depraved-Heart Murder) . 

Incidentally, as a result of the brutal incident, the suspect's wife filed for divorce.

In 2006, he was involved in the killing of a man who previously allegedly attacked passersby with a knife. Chauvin and other police officers opened fire when he threatened to kill them with a shotgun, officials said afterwards. In retrospect, no one could verify this statement after the alleged attacker died .

In 2008 Chauvin used his service weapon again. With two shots he seriously injured a man. He had tried to grab the cop's gun.
