Munich - The Munich police report: On Monday, June 1st, 2020, around 1:35 p.m., a 25-year-old from Munich drove his VW car into Ingolstadt street. At the same time, a 25-year-old from Munich entered Ingolstädter Straße as a pedestrian in order to cross it via a strip of grass that was overgrown with trees and bushes.
After initial investigations, the 25-year-old wanted to reach a waiting bus. Because of this, there was a collision between the VW and the pedestrian.
The 25-year-old pedestrian was thrown to the ground and injured. He was hospitalized for inpatient treatment. The 25-year-old driver was also slightly injured and went to the doctor himself.
Property damage of 3,000 euros occurred on the car. A lane on Ingolstädter Straße had to be closed during the accident recording. However, there were no traffic obstructions. The Munich traffic police investigated the traffic accident.
