The Finance and Administration Committee of Kwun Tong District Council met today. After completing the agenda, the chairman of the committee and the Democratic Party, Chen Wenjian, moved to observe one minute of silence in silence with the Democratic Party and the "June 4 Victims".

Chen Wenjian said that because he did not want to affect the agenda of the Finance and Administrative Committee, he only moved to observe the "June 4 Victims" in silence after completing the deliberation agenda. Some democratic district councillors also attended in black shirts. Chen pointed out that the district members of the on-site formation faction left one after another. Both the Civil Affairs Commissioner and the staff of the Secretariat said that they had left because they had broken away from the principles of the district council.

Chen believes that mourning the "June 4th Incident" is a matter of conscience, and there should be no distinction between parties. Although the "restriction order" on June 4th is still in effect, Democratic District Councillors will stand on the street to commemorate June 4th on a small scale.
