The Measurement and Evaluation Center in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set the date for the standardized architecture engineering exam (July 2020 session) for students of the fifth year in the colleges of architecture in the Syrian universities (government and private) under graduation and willing to apply for a postgraduate study on the 18th and 25th of next July in centers Universities (Damascus, Aleppo, Tishreen, Al-Baath, and Hama).

The Center stated in an announcement that Sana received a copy of today that the exam on Saturday 18-7-2020 will be practical and 75 degrees will be allocated to him in the field of architectural design for a period of four hours from ten o'clock until two o'clock, while the exam will be on 25-7-2020 written for an hour and allocated He has a score of 100 according to the National Academic Reference Standards (AL-NARS), which determines the minimum level of practical knowledge and skills, and it is a model of multiple-choice questions.

The Center pointed out that the test on Saturday 25-25-2020 will also include a practical exam for two and a half hours dedicated to it 25 degrees and the questions will be of a normative nature to assess the level of knowledge and understanding and the student's ability to analyze issues and solve them in the field of architecture.

According to the announcement, all students of the Faculties of Architecture in governmental (private and public) universities are new and old who have only 12 credit hours or 4 courses in addition to the graduation project for 2020.

The center pointed out that the electronic registration for the exam starts from Sunday 14-6-2020 until Sunday 28-6-2020 on the official website of the Measurement and Evaluation Center on the Internet and the fees for the exam are paid 5,000 Syrian pounds for students of private universities and 3000 Syrian pounds for students of government universities In the Syrian Commercial Bank on the center's account.

The student’s success from public and private universities and obtaining a 50 percent mark is a condition for graduation. The student benefits from the exam aid by only two marks. The student’s success and obtaining a mark of 60 percent is a condition for applying for postgraduate studies.

The Center for Measurement and Evaluation, which was created in 2012, aims to measure the outcomes of higher education for university students in several disciplines, including human medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, architecture, and informatics to develop the teaching and learning process, invest and employ manpower, and advance higher education outcomes before exercising various tasks in society.
