Police arrested 25-year-old Jerusalem resident • Suspected: knew the girl in the app and made his plea in a public park in Ramat Hasharon

A 26-year-old Jerusalem resident was arrested on suspicion of a 13-year-old rape in a public garden in Ramat Hasharon. It is suspected that the two recognized the app (widget) and later on the suspect launched the minor in alcohol and then raped her.

The suspect was arrested at the scene after trying to escape the police who were called to the scene of the incident. This morning (Tuesday), the suspect will be brought to the hearing to extend his arrest at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.

In addition, Israeli police officers arrested for questioning a Jerusalem resident tonight on suspicion of sending sexually explicit messages containing photos when he knew they would reach a minor using the Internet platform.

At night, a report was received of a suspect in his 50s who is in central Jerusalem and suspected of using the internet platform to send sexually explicit messages that included photos, he was spotted by police and taken for questioning. Later in the day, police will seek to extend his detention in the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court.
