The Iranian Foreign Ministry criticized the silence of Western countries towards killing African descendants and suppressing protesters protesting in the United States.
The ministry said in a tweet on its Twitter page: "Despite the tragic killing of another black man and the suppression of protesters in America several days ago, Western countries still remain silent and have ignored the overwhelming emotions towards human rights."
The Iranian Foreign Ministry added: "Imagine if these developments might happen in a non-Western country, what would the reaction of these countries be?"
Yesterday, US President Donald Trump threatened to use extreme force against protesters participating in the anti-racist demonstrations of the American police, which spread across various cities after the murder of Floyd by suffocation by the police.
