Units in Ho Man Tin Guan Tak Court and Cheung Sha Wan Kai Tak Court have been sold out earlier. Fo Tan Xu He Court, Tsuen Wan Shang Wen Court, Tseung Kwan O Yong Ming Court and Ma On Shan Jin Hui Court are still available. As of last Friday (29th), 4,404 units have been sold, of which 2,227 units were sold in white form and 2,177 units in green form.

The Housing Authority arranged for 30 successful single applicants to pick up buildings today. Mr. Zhang believes that the current global economy is not good, and there will be a little concern. However, the price of HOS flats is always more reasonable than that of private houses, and his savings are still affordable. He said that he bought HOS flats for self-occupation and did not worry about property prices falling. Instead, he believed that the epidemic situation would improve afterwards and that many people might not have the opportunity to win HOS flats.

He admits that this is the third time to apply for HOS, and the last two phases have not won the bid. This time he is happy to buy a home. He finally bought a unit of 283 feet and the price is 1.95 million. He has to pay 30% for the first phase. For single persons who choose fewer units and smaller areas, he believes that after all, there is only one person, and the mechanism for picking flats is reasonable.
