In a meeting with the Sana Sports Newsletter, Khaddam revealed that she was born in 2006 and her passion for swimming led her to enroll in the summer school in Al-Assad Sports City in Lattakia to learn the principles and principles of the game of swimming under the supervision of coach Jalal Zidan to put her foot on the road in her sports career to achieve her ambitions.

Khaddam added: In her first participation in the governorate championship in 2016 she won the first place in the 50-meter freestyle competition and was chosen among the governorate team players and in 2017 and 2018 she moved to training under the supervision of coach Mohamed Zidan and won first place in the governorate championship in the category of cubes in the 50-meter freestyle and 50-meter back competitions .

Khaddam expressed her great joy when she won first place in her first participation in the Republic Championship in the Cubes category for the year 2018 with a 4-hit 50-meter freestyle with the provincial team and the bronze tournament in the individual 100-meter back and in 2019 the silver of the Republic championship 4-times 50-meter free and in 20 Khaddam explained that she is at the beginning of the road and will exert more effort and training to follow the instructions of her coach in order to develop herself and improve her numbers and level through commitment to the training program.
