The private car then ran into the pedestrian lane out of control, crashed about 1 meter of iron fence and stopped two roadside signs. The male passerby was caught in the iron fence, and the passerby found the report. The 28-year-old man surnamed Chen was in a semi-coma. He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
