A young man was shot and another seriously wounded "in a settling of scores" , on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday June 3 in a city in the northern districts of Marseille, we learned from the Marseille prosecutor's office .

The two men, known to the police, were in a parked car cited in Frais-Vallon (13th arrondissement) when they were targeted "with heavy weapons" , said the prosecutor of the Republic of Marseille , Dominique Laurens, to AFP, confirming information from Provence. The driver died and the passenger was seriously injured. The car used by the attackers was then found charred in another city in Marseille.
