Demonstrators also gathered around the White House in Washington on Tuesday, a dpa reporter reported. There, security forces - including the military police - violently dissolved protests on Monday evening. While the police acted against demonstrators, Trump threatened to use the military to stop unrest if he appeared in the White House rose garden at the same time.
