The Ministry of Tourism announced the return of domestic tourist trips between the governorates, provided that the precautionary measures to tackle the Corona virus are adhered to, within transportation, accommodation and feeding facilities.
The Director of Tourism Services and Institutions at the Ministry indicated that Rami Bashi, in a statement to the delegate of Sana, stated that the tourist offices were allowed to return to work and organize internal tourist trips after a hiatus of more than two months, with strict adherence to health measures and procedures to address the Corona virus in terms of spatial distance in the transportation buses and places of residence in Tourist establishments, restaurants, and hotels, in addition to preventing the delivery of the hookah in these places and emphasizing cleanliness and sterilization on an ongoing basis, stressing that legal measures will be taken against violators.
Udha Bashi pointed out to the role of citizens of the pioneers of these establishments in terms of commitment to precautionary health measures to protect themselves and others and the importance of individual responsibility and awareness to ensure health security in the community, pointing out that a number of tourist offices announced various programs, activities and trips to the central region and the coast in order to stimulate domestic tourism.
