The ADPL earlier applied for a candlelight rally at the Maple Street Stadium in Sham Shui Po on June 4th. However, the police issued a "Notice of Prohibition of Public Assembly". The ADPL appealed to the Public Assembly and Procession Appeal Board today (3rd), but the appeal was rejected.
