Actually, only statements on changes to the land use plan "fire brigades" should be processed in pastettes. But the topic flew off the agenda. Horst Ippisch (FWE) wanted more information - Alois Zollner (CSU) broke his collar.

Pastettes - With the removal of an agenda item, the first regular meeting of the new Pastetten town council began. Horst Ippisch, who is a new member of the FWE and is known for his criticism, above all in terms of transparency, proposed that the point be moved to the first land use plan change to "fire brigades" - specifically, it concerned public and public authority participation. According to their own words, “essential information” was missing in order to be able to have a full say on this point. That's why he wanted it to be put back.

"Mr. Ippisch, that's not how it works!"

This request was accepted with 10: 5 votes, but afterwards Alois Zollner (CSU) almost visibly burst his collar. “If Mr. Ippisch believes that you are unable or that it is difficult to find information on this point, he has to make this request for almost all items on the agenda. You have to be consistent, Mr. Ippisch, that's not how it works, ”Zollner said emphatically. "I am requesting that all points where the new members are not yet sufficiently involved are put on hold," he added. Susanne Gerster (WRH) noted that in the first few sessions she also voted on topics that were new to her.

"I need more information"

Ippisch underlined his application with the "different scope of decisions" that would have to be made. There is a clear election result, and that means "that we have the mandate to change something and to involve everyone in the process". Agreeing to change a zoning plan could be a wrong sign, “I don't want to give that today. I need more information, ”he insisted. Andreas Wagner (BIG) would have liked to have the topic on the plan, "one could have clarified open questions until next time". He received support from Matthias Zimmerer (CSU). "The point here is just what the authorities have to say about these properties - nothing more."

Ippisch replied that it was about collecting as much information as possible, after all it was about costs of well over 8.8 million euros. This was finally accepted and Zollner withdrew his application.

In the further course, presented by treasurer Doreen Graf, the annual financial statements 2018 were adopted. The bottom line was 3.5 million euros in reserves and almost 50,000 euros in debts. The annual accounts were adopted unanimously.
