MK Sami Abu Shehada sticks to Corona - and the Knesset re-prepares: Following the Knesset member's diagnosis from the joint list, the Mishkan workers were told not to come to work today (Thursday) if it is not essential, Knesset spokesmen said this morning. The implications have been postponed to all committee meetings scheduled for today. "
The decision was made this morning following a consultation held by Knesset Officer Joseph Griff with Knesset CEO Albert Sakharovich and Knesset Speaker of Knesset Speaker Lilach Shelley.
The Knesset will hold a state-of-the-art meeting of the professional bodies in the Knesset today, together with officials in the Ministry of Health, to examine the required actions.
One of the meetings canceled today was the Interior Committee, which was to discuss the issue of whale rig.
It should be noted that on Thursdays, the scope of activity in the Knesset is much more limited than on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays because the Knesset plenary does not convene, as do most committees.
I received a few minutes ago the corona test result I did today - the result is positive. I appeal to anyone who was in my immediate area to go in isolation and do a test. I ask everyone to follow the Health Ministry's instructions >>

Last night, MK Abu Shehadeh confirmed that he had been diagnosed with a Corona patient. I ask everyone to heed the instructions of the Ministry of Health, we must all internalize that the campaign is not over yet. The virus still exists between us, and the supposed return to the routine helps it spread in a big and fast way. Wishing lots of health to all of us. "
This week, Abu Shehadeh's personal driver was also diagnosed with the virus and as a result, the Knesset entered isolation.
In a second interview, MK Abu Shahada this morning updated that during his stay in the Knesset, before the diagnosis, he stayed in committees, the plenary and the cafeteria.
