Three people were killed when a helicopter crashed in Redlands, San Bernardino County, in California, USA.
The Los Angeles Times quoted a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration, Ian Gregor, as saying today that the Cessna 172 single-engine plane crashed under unknown conditions off Interstate 38 and Mill Creek Road yesterday.
He added that all the people on the plane were killed, but that no additional details were immediately available, pointing out that the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board had opened an investigation to find out the causes of the accident.
