Suspect of attempted murder and suicide: In the afternoon (Saturday), a report was received at the police station about a 40-year-old man found lying on a street in the city of Modi'in Illit, after apparently falling from a height. He is in serious condition at Sheba Hospital when he is anesthetized and breathed.
In a scan of the building, a woman was found to be vaguely conscious with injuries to her body. MDA paramedics and paramedics provide medical treatment and referral to the Sheba hospital in Tel Hashomer, a 37-year-old woman in severe and unstable condition.

Oren Keiner, MDA paramedic, said: "When we arrived, we saw the injured man lying next to the building with vague consciousness and suffering from multiple systemic injuries. During the medical treatment that included the soul, we realized that there was another wounded in one of the apartments in the building. We started the urgent evacuation to the hospital when the extra staff moved into the apartment. "
An MD paramedic, Tal Morg, said: "When they entered the apartment, we saw the injured woman, a 37-year-old woman, in a vague consciousness with injuries to her body. We immediately started life-saving medical care which included dressing and stopping hemorrhages, putting her in intensive care and removing her in a difficult and unstable condition to the hospital. "
