Another victim of road killings: A 40-year-old motorcyclist was killed this morning (Saturday) after he allegedly flipped a canal on Route 3415 near Moshav Lachish.
MDA crews arriving at the scene had to determine his death at the scene after no signs of life were seen. Traffic examiners began investigating the circumstances of the accident.
MDA paramedic Ephraim Janko said: "When we arrived, we saw the motorcyclist lying in the side of the canal near the motorcycle, unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing. We performed medical examinations but he was no sign of life and we had nothing left to determine his death. "
This is the second motorcycle rider killed in the country's roads this past week. A motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Highway 431 after colliding with a parked vehicle. Medical teams arriving at the scene resuscitated him but eventually determined his death.
