A young woman has apparently radically changed her life. The before and after photos impressed many people deeply on the Internet.

Lacey - The impressive change in Amber Hofmann goes viral on the Internet - and deeply impresses many. She says she has radically turned her life around, caught herself again after a bad time. And the before and after photos are one of the most viewed posts at Reddit.
She published the two pictures on May 30th via her private Facebook account. By June 6, these had collected more than 60,000 responses , shared more than 37,000 times . The photo on the left shows a young woman who is obviously very bad, emaciated, scarred, with a spotty and sunken face. Absolutely worrying. The right photo, on the other hand, is a selfie of a radiant young woman who exudes great optimism . And where nothing seems to indicate her difficult time.

She writes: “Left: I, totally broken, 93 pounds, living on the street, living in fear, in pain, addicted to meth and heroin and ready for my life to end. I had endocarditis twice and a hole in my heart. My mother took the photo when she came to save me. ”
The right photo is current. "I wanted to show my luck. 9 months clean . ”She fought in the hospital for months , had a heart operation, gained 40 pounds , got an apartment. She would have her family and two cats to help her. Your very important message: "Recovery is possible and worthwhile."

The reactions are overwhelming. "I am proud of you", "This is inspiring", "I love that, thanks for sharing your story", "Congratulations, you are a beautiful young woman, stay strong" are just a few of the impressed comments.
But as Amber explains, she also has to deal with fake allegations . "I can't believe that so many people actually have the nerve to tell me that this is fake or two different people because a photo is mirrored and I show two different tattoos and two different arms."

If you scroll through the Facebook profile of the woman, who she says lives in Lacey , Washington (USA) and is 24 years old, you will not only find the tattoo on the right arm, but also a photo from the hospital. She also spoke to Reddit to draw attention to her Facebook and Instagram * profiles. Where she posted more photos (you can see them below by swiping / clicking the arrows). With clear words. "If you are too damn stupid to realize that it is me, I will give up." Her past as an adult model can be traced on the Instagram page as well as her private struggle. There may be the very last remaining doubts because everything is based only on their own information and photos, but most believe their story. And they find it very inspiring.

Amber Hofmann is looking for the public to draw attention to her story. That should encourage all people who are also in a very deep hole. And to be a role model for them. According to the motto: "Recovery is possible and worthwhile."
